We have a few key tricks that help us along the way. Retail can be difficult and demanding. It is a 24/7/365 world.
So these mantras have molded who we are today.
With plenty of scars to show from our failures, complacency will never be in our vocabulary.
Relationships
We know that no relationship is successful without investment, flexibility, passion, transparency, and reliability. Time is the currency of relationships, so we invest a great deal of time in building relationships with everyone we encounter. We pick up the phone vs hiding behind emails. We don't ask you for more work, we ask you how your weekend was.
Genuine
We are not perfect. We never will claim to be. We are humans dealing with humans. We walk in ready to learn every day, not trying to be the smartest one in the room. We are quiet when someone else is talking. We are listeners.

Stuff happens. So we make s* happen to fix it. Which is why our partners make it SKY. Learn from it, make adjustments, implement new ways, teach others and try not to make the same mistake twice.

Our Vision
Do good(er) work for good people.
The average person spends 90k hours at work in their lifetime. To us, life is too short to not make these as enjoyable as possible.

So we are seeking partners we can relate to. Ones we can laugh, cry, joke around and have a beer with. Since our clients are some of our closest friends, we have decided to be good(er) by becoming the first national labor provider to have a certified labor pool. Certifications that measure their abilities, grades their skillset, professionalism, attire, punctuality and communication skills.
Getting certified requires a company to meet a specific set of standards set up with the goal of transforming the benefits to our friends. And reasonable fees to pay our team that make it all happen for you. Imagine having a robust labor department within your four walls? Well, now you can.

Now, we realize it might not seem like a huge deal, especially while we're all making predictions as to what will bring on the next apocalypse.
But that's it. That's the rub. We hope our quest to being good(er) can inspire others to be good(er). Because that would be the goodest.
